Impeccable service! Troy is professional, friendly, extremely thorough and easy to communicate with. His report was very detailed and easy to understand. He even called to give me a rundown, provide further information and answered all questions. He goes above and beyond and I was extremely happy. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

As we hunt for our forever home, Troy has been such a trustworthy and knowledgeable asset. Having had extensive experience in the building industry (commercial and residential), you won't find anyone as thorough as BPI Melbourne North Building and Pest Inspection. We've utilised Troy's services a couple of times now, and he's been extremely thorough and we wouldn't trust anyone else with a building and pest inspection. He works directly with the agent to coordinate a timely inspection and the report is always issued the same day as the inspection. He goes above and beyond in his role, and we're extremely happy to have found his service as his reports are in-depth. Well worth the money, because it's saved us buying a lemon in the past! Great person to deal with. Friendly, professional and able to accomodate for quick turn around time for building and pest inspection. Troy explains report findings and technical terms in easy to understand manner, for a layman like myself who has no clue. I called him subsequently to ask him a few matters in the report (which he had already explained earlier) and he took the time and effort to go through these in detail again. He also provided tips on how to address/maintain issues with the property going forward.Definitely recommend.

Troy and the team at BPI Melbourne were efficient, thorough and approachable. Not only was the B&P report comprehensive, Troy gave me a courtesy call after the inspection to explain everything he saw ahead of the report being emailed to me. He even offered some renovation ideas for the property down the track! I highly recommend BPI Melbourne!

I had a great experience with BPI Melbourne, Troy did the building inspection for us and he was of great help. He explained everything thoroughly and based on his report we were able to reduce the purchase price based on the amount of work needed to be done with the property.
